Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of HomeBase La Mirada Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual conditions discovered during service
• Additional work required for safety or property protection
• Unforeseen obstacles or complications
• Changes to the scope of work requested by you

We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles before work begins. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring that the work area is accessible.

Liability and Insurance

HomeBase La Mirada Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, damage caused by acts of nature, or damage resulting from hidden defects in trees.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can advise you on permit requirements and assist with the application process if needed.

Warranty

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees, as they are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
